服務條款（繁體中文）

歡迎使用 TripButler（"旅管家"，下稱"本服務"）。本服務由 Nelson Leung 開發及提供。當你建立帳戶或使用本服務，即代表你同意以下條款。如果你唔同意，請勿使用本服務。

1. 服務範圍

本服務係一個多人協作嘅旅遊行程規劃工具，包括但不限於：

建立、編輯、共享旅遊行程（事件、日子、消費、成員）
貨幣換算同消費分帳
Plan B 替代行程（天氣、突發事件）
推送通知（自選）
多平台（PWA、iOS、Android）同步

2. 帳戶

你必須提供有效電郵地址以建立帳戶
你必須對你帳戶下嘅活動負責
請妥善保管你嘅密碼；如有洩漏請即刻重設
一人一個帳戶；唔可以借用、轉讓、共享帳戶
你可以隨時刪除帳戶，詳見私隱政策

3. 你嘅內容

你保留你建立嘅行程、相片、評論、備註等內容嘅擁有權。你授予本服務：

非獨家、全球、免版稅嘅授權，以儲存、處理、傳輸、顯示你嘅內容，目的係為咗提供本服務
你行程嘅成員可以根據你嘅設定（同你嘅權限等級）查閱、編輯、複製你嘅內容
當你刪除帳戶，你嘅個人內容會被刪除（詳見私隱政策）

你保證你有權上傳你嘅內容；你唔可以上載侵犯第三方知識產權、違法、誹謗、色情、暴力嘅內容。

4. 禁止行為

使用本服務時，你唔可以：

用任何方式干擾或破壞本服務或其基建
嘗試未授權訪問其他用戶嘅帳戶或資料
用自動程式（bots）、爬蟲大量存取本服務（除非獲得事先書面同意）
上傳惡意程式碼、病毒、或任何有害內容
用本服務作非法活動、詐騙、騷擾他人
冒充他人或本服務

5. 知識產權

本服務嘅軟件、設計、商標、品牌（包括"旅管家"名稱、bird-butler logo）由 Nelson Leung 擁有，受知識產權法保護。未經授權，你唔可以抄襲、修改、分發或反向工程本服務。

6. 第三方內容

貨幣匯率、地圖資料、機場資訊等可能由第三方提供。我哋會盡力確保準確，但唔保證即時性、準確性、適用性。使用前請自行核實。

7. 服務變更 + 終止

我哋保留隨時修改、暫停、終止本服務（或部分功能）嘅權利，會盡量提前通知
如果你嚴重違反本條款，我哋可以暫停或終止你嘅帳戶
本服務目前係免費；將來可能加入付費功能或訂閱（會提前 30 日通知）

8. 免責聲明

本服務按"現狀"提供，唔作任何明示或暗示嘅保證（包括但不限於：適售性、特定用途適用性、唔侵權）。我哋唔保證本服務會無中斷、無錯誤、無病毒。

9. 責任限制

喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，本服務或其開發者對任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性、懲罰性嘅損害（包括但不限於利潤損失、資料損失、商譽損失）唔承擔責任，無論係基於合約、侵權（包括疏忽）或其他法律理論。

10. 彌償

你同意就因你違反本條款、你嘅內容、你嘅行為而引致嘅任何第三方索償、損失、責任、成本（包括合理律師費），向本服務及其開發者作出彌償。

11. 適用法律 + 爭議解決

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何因本條款或本服務引起嘅爭議，雙方應先善意協商解決；協商唔成嘅，提交香港法院解決。

12. 條款變更

我哋可能會更新本條款。重大變更會透過 in-app 通知同電郵提前 30 日告知。繼續使用本服務代表你接受更新後嘅條款。

Terms of Service (English)

Welcome to TripButler (the "Service"). The Service is developed and provided by Nelson Leung. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service

The Service is a collaborative travel itinerary planner that includes, but is not limited to:

Creating, editing, and sharing travel itineraries (events, days, expenses, members)
Currency conversion and expense splitting
Plan B alternative itineraries (weather, unexpected events)
Push notifications (opt-in)
Multi-platform (PWA, iOS, Android) sync

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for activity under your account
Keep your password secure; reset immediately if compromised
One account per person; no lending, transferring, or sharing accounts
You may delete your account at any time — see Privacy Policy

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the itineraries, photos, comments, notes, and other content you create. You grant the Service:

A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service
Trip members may view, edit, and copy your content according to the permissions you set
When you delete your account, your personal content will be deleted (see Privacy Policy)

You warrant that you have the right to upload your content. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure in any way
Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service at scale (without prior written consent)
Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful content
Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
Impersonate others or the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, trademarks, and branding (including the "旅管家" name and bird-butler logo) are owned by Nelson Leung and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without authorization.

6. Third-Party Content

Currency exchange rates, map data, airport information, and similar may be provided by third parties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee timeliness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Please verify before use.

7. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice when possible
If you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account
The Service is currently free; paid features or subscriptions may be added in the future (30-day notice)

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties (including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service or its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill), whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its developer from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your conduct.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to Hong Kong courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
